01Services
From an existing formula to a new one
- 01
Private Label Manufacturing
You choose one of the existing formulas in our catalogue, and the product is made under your brand and label. Because the formula has already been proven in the field, development takes less time. You can choose from a wide range, from general-purpose cleaners to dishwasher detergents.

Contract Manufacturing
Your formula, our production. We manufacture and fill your formula to the technical specifications and quality criteria we agree on. Your formulation data is protected under our ISO 27001 information security management system.

Custom Formulation
If you do not have a formula ready, our R&D team develops one from scratch. We discuss the target surface, type of soiling, foam level, fragrance and cost target, then produce a sample for your approval.

Label and Packaging Design Support
We recommend packaging to suit how the product will be used: trigger spray bottle, capped bottle or jerrycan. We help with label design and with setting out the usage and safety information the label must carry.
02Process
6 steps from brief to delivery
Production follows ISO 22716:2013 good manufacturing practices; records are kept under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Brief and volume
We discuss the product type, target market, estimated order volume and your delivery expectations. In the same conversation we agree the minimum production quantity for the product and packaging.

Formulation and sampling
We start from an existing formula or from scratch. We send you a sample prepared in the laboratory to test under your own conditions, and revise the formula if needed.
- 03
Packaging and label
We select the packaging type and size, and finalise the label design and the mandatory information on the label. Once you approve, the label goes to print.
- 04
Production
The approved formula is produced in stainless steel reactors under ISO 22716 good manufacturing practice and packed on the filling line.
- 05
Quality control
Each batch is checked against the approved sample before it is released for dispatch. The process is recorded under our ISO 9001 quality management system.
- 06
Delivery
Products are palletised and shipped on the agreed date. Repeat orders are produced with the same formula and the same label.
